Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out per K&A specifications and QC procedures.
  • •Review shop drawings, materials submittals, and bills of quantities for calculation accuracy; report discrepancies.
  • •Supervise on-site installation of equipment and carry out inspections based on the contractor’s daily form.
  • •Ensure materials in store match approved materials submittals and notify the contractor of necessary revisions.
