Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage Allianz Technology’s procurement policy framework in alignment with applicable AZ Group standards.
  • •Lead the development and implementation of procurement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Allianz Technology's standards and policies.
  • •Monitor adherence to procurement policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • •Oversee operational procurement activities (compliance & performance) which are outsourced to an internal shared service provider, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and service delivery.
  • •Oversee operational procurement that is internally outsourced, with a focus on compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in procurement governance, operations, and service management within a large organization.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards.

  • •Min 5 Years of experience in a similar role with the main focus on Governance related activities.
  • •Studies: Economics, Legal, Supply chain management, Industrial engineering or other technical studies in combination with economics.
