Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quality control activities to ensure continuous production and service delivery consistent with standards and contractual requirements.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS aligned to contract requirements and the QM Plan content requirements, including inspection and surveillance methods.
  • •Prepare and submit the initial QM Plan (and updates) for Government review and acceptance, and prepare the Contractor Quality Inspection and Surveillance Report.
  • •Develop and enforce quality policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • •Supervise Quality Control personnel, ensure timely resolution of non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check Investigation (NACI).
  • •Documented formal training in quality management system development, inspection and surveillance methodology, and corrective/preventive action.
  • •At least five (5) years of experience preparing and enforcing QMS programs on Base Operations Support (BOS) services contracts of similar scope and complexity (contract value $10M+ per year).
  • •Working knowledge of NAVFAC MAXIMO for work order documentation and quality data collection.
