Deliver premium hospitality in the Etihad Premium Lounge at London Heathrow by welcoming guests as an EY Host and providing personalised reception, concierge, and hospitality support. Support lounge performance by improving guest satisfaction, contributing to ancillary revenue, and helping achieve OGSM and NPS targets. Maintain smooth daily operations through accurate pre-flight/post-flight reporting, shift administration, and keeping lounge systems up to date while working with lounge partners to resolve issues quickly.
