•Develop therapist practice management capabilities, owning features from database schema through the UI for scheduling, clinical documentation, and payment management.
•Build interfaces and APIs that improve patient and provider engagement, enabling seamless communication and experiences that keep both sides connected.
•Design and build high-integrity systems for clinical data, treatment plans, and progress notes with AI-powered clinical intelligence.
•Create frictionless onboarding and tooling that streamlines insurance credentialing so providers get in-network and scale faster.
•Lead technical foundations and strategic execution as a Staff Engineer, partnering with cross-functional leadership to shape roadmap and technical direction.
