Key Responsibilities

•Lead cost control for multiple non-related projects or a single highly complex project within the programme of works.
•Develop, maintain, and align cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
•Collaborate with the Integrated Project Team to establish a robust PMB and support change control processes.
•Develop CBS and align budgets with WBS to accurately track costs and forecast variances.
•Guide and influence cost control processes, reporting, and management updates across the project/programme.

Key Requirements

•BPSS level security clearance (will be able to obtain)
•Member of a professional body (e.g., APM or PMI)
•Familiar with cost performance reporting and forecasting techniques
•Experience leading Cost Control Assurance activities
•Ability to interact with Management/Leadership and influence stakeholders
