Job Summary

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management framework, identify and report risks, and assist in governance across the bank. Work with ORM leaders to monitor tools (RCSA, KRI, SII), track action plans, and help ensure timely escalation, remediation, and reporting to management and committees.

•Support and implement bank-approved ORM plans and the Operational Risk Framework across the bank.
•Assist in governance and monitoring of operational risk tools to identify control deficiencies and propose mitigating controls.
•Record and escalate operational risk events, ensure timely remedial actions, and manage customer-impact issues to protect reputation.
•Collect, review and report KRIs and risk appetite metrics; analyze breaches and enforce remedial actions.
•Assist in training and refresher sessions; prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational risk matters for management and committees.

Key Requirements

•2-3+ years of relevant experience in operational risk, operations or in a control function with working knowledge of Operational Risk Management within a financial institution.
•Bachelor’s degree.
