Job Summary

Support the UK & EMEA Early Careers recruitment team by managing candidate attraction workflows, assessment centre and interview coordination, and post-assessment activities through iCIMS and Workday. Handle shared inboxes and applicant queries, assist with attraction and pre-onboarding events, and produce weekly pipeline status reports. Partner with Talent Development to support graduate, intern, and apprentice onboarding and programme logistics.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Early Careers shared inboxes, responding to recruitment queries and supporting applicant and colleague communications.
•Coordinate assessment centre logistics and candidate engagement, including invitations, space management, and assessor coordination.
•Support final interview coordination, including booking candidates, assessors, and scheduling Teams meetings and rooms.
•Run attraction and pre-onboarding activities (event bookings, invitations, catering, and travel expenses) and support Work Insight Programme sessions.
•Create requisitions and manage role postings, tracking pipeline status with weekly reports and ensuring smooth onboarding through iCIMS and Workday.

Key Requirements

•Previous recruiting experience, preferably within the Early Careers space.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Copilot experience is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills, with English at C1 level or equivalent.
•Proficient use of recruitment tools and technologies (e.g., applicant tracking systems and job boards).
