Job Summary

Lead quality for the Engine Center’s manufacturing site in Longueuil by overseeing a team of quality professionals and inspectors and ensuring on-time delivery of quality engine product. Manage the quality/client interface, drive root-cause and corrective actions, improve quality management systems through the production process, and support internal and external audits. Analyze quality KPIs, maintain quality training programs, and ensure compliance with AS9100, TCCA, and FAA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee quality activities supporting engine deliveries, ensuring alignment between production priorities, engine certification, and containment of quality issues.
•Lead quality culture initiatives and set personal and professional objectives for quality professionals and inspectors to meet quality and business targets.
•Manage the quality/client interface and ensure requirements are understood and met, including root cause management and corrective actions.
•Provide quality support to manufacturing operations by analyzing nonconformities and supporting product and process improvements.
•Coordinate internal and external audits for products and processes and maintain training programs related to quality requirements and quality stamps for the facility.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or business with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
•Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Experience managing a quality management system and ensuring compliance.
•Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 and experience in aeronautics or manufacturing/assembly environments.
