Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess business needs, innovate across given resources, and coordinate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • •Drive analytics and insights to support business decisions through experimentation and framework testing.
  • •Create reports to track labeling KPIs, monitor quality performance, and recommend best practices.
  • •Support analytics projects with data scientists, including predicted performance and handling time.
  • •Track progress of data labeling projects and manage key metrics, including testing and evaluation of core capabilities like agentic frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or a similar STEM field.
  • •Solid foundations in statistics and data science/analytics and preferred experience with analytics projects management.
  • •Strong communication, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and ability to work as an excellent team player.
  • •Strong interest in process optimization and improvement with attention to detail.
  • •Preferred: experience writing and optimizing SQL and at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
