Job Summary

Lead and manage the Drives category team to develop multi-region, multi-plant, multi-SBU procurement strategies. Monitor market conditions, emerging technologies, supply chain capacity, and supply/demand challenges to guide supplier selection, development, and performance against cost and value targets. Serve as a supply chain subject-matter expert between suppliers and engineering teams, negotiate contracts, and implement risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and inventory/product lifecycle initiatives across Trane Technologies.

•Develop and deploy multi-year category strategies to grow spend with preferred suppliers.
•Lead negotiation and lifecycle management of contracts, maximizing value while minimizing risk, and implement mitigation aligned with category objectives.
