Key Responsibilities

  • •Transcribe, audit, and label daily speech datasets, focusing on GCC spoken accents (Emirati and Saudi dialects).
  • •Execute high-priority LLM labeling, including prompt testing, response evaluation, and post-call conversation auditing.
  • •Monitor dataset accuracy and run quality assurance checks, logging software/model edge cases.
  • •Collaborate with AI Research Engineers to refine annotation guidelines and improve model performance.
  • •Test and help improve annotation/tool features in an engineering workflow.

Key Requirements
