Key Responsibilities

•Partner with franchise/brand leads to map each franchise’s game portfolio to its long-term vision and player journey.
•Maintain franchise portfolio maps covering current titles, in-development opportunities, experimental concepts, and future spaces.
•Coordinate cross-functional franchise touchpoints (reviews, planning, roadmapping) to ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
•Contribute to multi-year franchise games roadmaps and keep documentation accessible with timelines, dependencies, and decision points.
•Champion franchise consistency and quality, using data and feedback to surface learnings and help build franchise playbooks and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 280,000 annually

•Proven ability to organize complex portfolios with roadmapping and portfolio mapping across concurrent initiatives.
