Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate tack trucks and heavy equipment for road, site, and highway construction and paving projects.
  • •Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain required documentation and ensure DOT/company compliance.
  • •Follow dispatch instructions, company policies, and applicable laws and safety regulations (OSHA/MSHA).
  • •Load and unload materials as required; monitor vehicle performance, mileage logs, and maintain equipment cleanliness and condition.
  • •Collaborate in a team environment with constant communication; assist in training/mentoring and perform general labor tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements
