Senior HR Business Partner

Serve as a data-fluent HR Business Partner, advising business leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance, and talent outcomes at scale. Own strategic people initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness across functions. Use AI-driven insights to improve engagement, retention, and culture; evolve performance management and succession planning; handle complex employee relations matters; and drive People practice adoption of AI and automation while coaching leaders through transformation.
