Job Summary

Own cloud partner enablement across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure by translating partner and GTM strategy into repeatable programs. Build end-to-end enablement infrastructure including onboarding, launch readiness, sales and technical training, certification pathways, and co-sell playbooks. Enable both cloud partner field teams and Anthropic’s internal GTM org, curate partner-portal and learning content, and define metrics that connect enablement activity to pipeline, certification attainment, and deal velocity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own cloud partner enablement strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure by defining what “ready” means for each partner motion and building programs to get partner field teams there.
•Build and operationalize co-sell playbooks and launch readiness motions, mapping assets to each hyperscaler marketplace and co-sell mechanics.
•Design and run scalable enablement programs, including onboarding paths for new partner teams and role-based learning journeys for sellers.
•Enable Anthropic’s internal GTM organization on hyperscaler partnerships and offerings, including how co-sell and marketplace mechanics differ and when to bring a partner into a deal.
•Curate content and systems behind the partner portal and learning platforms, establish governance to refresh materials, and instrument the program with metrics tied to pipeline, certification, and deal velocity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 270,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep partner ecosystem knowledge, including how cloud co-sell motions work in practice from opportunity registration and marketplace transactions through joint delivery.
•Direct experience with one or more of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure from within those organizations or a partner/ISV environment.
•Proven experience building and maintaining enablement programs that scale, including certification frameworks, learning paths, and program operations.
•Experience enabling internal field teams on how to work with and through a partner ecosystem.
•Strong go-to-market understanding and familiarity with enterprise sales cycles to build content sellers use and discuss pipeline and deal progression.
