Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients and lead end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes
  • •Lead and develop a team to achieve successful outcomes for clients and manage related commissions and deliverables
  • •Lead bid preparation and proposal documentation and support the work-winning capability of the contract services division
  • •Lead and support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition
  • •Support delivery of team and wider business targets and contribute to continued expansion of services (Sustainable Procurement, Transformation, Renewables, Digital Procurement, Net Zero)

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in regulated procurement, specifically Public Contract Regulations 2015, and awareness of prospective changes
  • •Lead strategic major procurement projects or programmes for Public and Private sector clients
  • •Strong background in tender preparation, development and management, including negotiation
  • •Experience in commission, client relationship management, and people management
  • •Experience with contracts (NEC and JCT) and willingness to work towards MCIPs accreditation
