Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing global insurance programs, including renewals, claims, and insurance recovery processes across multiple lines of coverage.
  • •Collaborate with the EHS team on implementation, scheduling, and impact of the global property loss control plan and infrared program.
  • •Support business units with insurance-related deliverables such as certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and posting notices.
  • •Administer the department’s annual operating plan, including preparation of monthly/quarterly variance reports and accruals.
  • •Assist with risk management processes and systems, including the Risk Management Information System and intranet portal, plus semiannual Enterprise Risk Management and captive insurance support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field; MBA or legal background is a plus.
  • •2+ years of experience in corporate risk management with global risks or as a corporate insurance broker on large, complex accounts.
  • •ARM Certification (or similar insurance certification) is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification for personal development.
  • •Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics persuasively and concisely.
