Software Engineer

Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that power customer communication templates and correspondence systems across multiple business lines. Own template-driven implementations with a focus on quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance, supporting new launches and regulatory updates. Work hands-on with CCM platforms to implement correspondence logic, manage the full SDLC (including deployment and production support), perform root-cause analysis, and lead code reviews while mentoring other engineers.
