Key Responsibilities

•Roadmap influence and strategy: Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for the Identity Security portfolio and prioritize features within Okta and Auth0 product roadmaps.
•Execution of internal rollout: Lead Champagne Lifecycle Management from Alpha to Early Availability and drive internal adoption.
•Anti-session hijacking architecture: Design strategies to protect against token and cookie exfiltration through hardware-bound session security initiatives.
•Agentic governance: Define guardrails for deploying AI Agents and ensure secure integration via identity gateways and downscoped permissions.
•Execution & technical delivery: Act as liaison across business units, draft PRDs/user stories, and prioritize features within Scrum/Kanban.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 173,000 - 237,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Principal level Product Management, Technical PM, or Enterprise Architecture with IAM technologies, developer platforms (e.g., Auth0), enterprise security, or machine-to-machine infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of AI agents, LLM applications, security gateways, OAuth 2.0, and modern authentication/authorization patterns (MCP).
•Ability to influence product roadmaps and engineering priorities across matrixed teams without direct reporting lines.
•Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
•Experience translating deep technical architecture into compelling business value and leading through ambiguity.
