Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the network dependable at CBP sites by resolving incidents without repeated escalation.
  • •Trace recurring failures to root cause and close them instead of resetting and re-reporting.
  • •Communicate what happened and when fixes will be applied in terms non-technical operators can act on.
  • •Modernize the network within approved change windows and ensure rollback paths are tested before cutover.
  • •Ensure documentation (diagrams and configuration records) matches deployed behavior and make troubleshooting knowledge searchable.

Key Requirements
