Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned activities supporting payroll services and ensure accurate payroll processing within SLA timeframes.
  • •Handle payroll operations including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management, and related reporting in compliance with legislation.
  • •Maintain payroll files and records, including correspondence/forms filing and liaison with staff, management, and HR on payroll matters and employee entitlements.
  • •Manage payroll/HR systems documentation and keep SOP/DTP for processes updated to ensure compliance with payroll records.
  • •Escalate and analyze payroll issues, assist with investigations and audits, and support simple process improvements and induction of new staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant payroll work experience.
  • •Experience processing ANZ region payroll, with exposure to end-to-end payroll processing preferred.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • •Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures and experience in high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing.
  • •Experience with payroll systems including Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, Globalview, Celegro, or Workday (Oracle experience is a plus).
