Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules for policy, compliance, risk, audits, and third-party risk management.
  • •Configure risk assessments, controls, policies, indicators, issues, attestations, and compliance workflows.
  • •Implement ServiceNow components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • •Build and enhance GRC workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
  • •Develop REST API integrations and support testing, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and production issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management.
  • •Configure and customize risk assessments, controls, policies, indicators, issues, attestations, and compliance workflows.
  • •Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • •Build workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards for GRC processes.
  • •Mandatory certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
