Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of PawChamp’s analytics function and its role as a business growth driver.
•Audit current analytics capabilities, then build a scalable data foundation with a single source of truth and trusted reporting.
•Deliver analytics support for product, marketing, and top management, including unit economics optimization and data-based decisions.
•Partner directly with C-level to shape an analytics vision, proactively identify scaling opportunities, and mitigate risks.
•Lead and scale a team of product and marketing analysts; build a data-driven culture, standardize metrics, and integrate AI/automation into analytics workflows.

Key Requirements

•Experience as Lead/Head of Analytics (or equivalent) with responsibility for both team and analytics strategy.
•Proven ability to build or scale analytics in a product business with large datasets and fast growth.
•Deep expertise in product, marketing, and business analytics, including how they connect.
•Experience building data foundations, standardizing metrics, and developing BI solutions that the business trusts.
•Strong leadership: structuring teams, hiring, mentoring, developing managers, and creating ownership culture.
