Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate residential unit handovers, including snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and developer standards
•Oversee tenant fit-out activities and ensure adherence to community guidelines, fit-out regulations, and approved specifications
•Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth move-in, renovation, and handover processes
•Monitor maintenance activities and follow up on preventive and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and high service standards
•Prepare and maintain reports on handovers, maintenance, community services, and operational performance, providing timely updates and actionable insights

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, handover management, or property management, preferably within real estate or residential development
•Proven experience coordinating unit handovers, fit-out activities, snagging/de-snagging, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents
•Strong understanding of construction drawings, fit-out requirements, handover procedures, and property management practices
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
