Key Responsibilities

  • •Design-in and specify SEF joints in OEM drawings, EPC standards, and master specifications before specifications are frozen.
  • •Lead application reviews, trials, and validation to qualify SEF solutions for early design adoption.
  • •Build industry fluency in data center requirements (codes/standards, bonding and grounding, NEC/UL and NFPA practices, fire-stopping, cleanliness/FOD control, safety/badging rules).
  • •Deliver solutions through samples, mock-ups, and live demonstrations that improve installation speed, reliability, labor/rework avoidance, and TCO.
  • •Own technical escalations on active projects, including root cause, corrective action, and documented action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent applied experience.
  • •5+ years in application engineering, field engineering, or technical sales of fasteners, fastening tools, or engineered components.
  • •Experience selling or specifying data center projects in construction, electrical, or infrastructure.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical joint design, fastener selection, torque/tension, corrosion, and vibration behavior.
  • •Comfort reading drawings and specifications; 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) a plus.
