Job Summary

Senior Product Analyst for APAC responsible for deriving actionable data insights to inform product decisions, defining region KPIs with PMs and other analysts, and guiding strategic product discoveries. You’ll analyze funnel metrics across onboarding, retention, and reactivation, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale Wise’s core money-transfer functionality for the APAC region.

•Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, including funnel analysis to optimize conversions across the customer journey from onboarding to reactivation.
•Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for the APAC region and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness and engagement.
•Help understand customers to uncover unmet needs and support strategic product discovery research for new product opportunities.
•Help build conviction on high-value areas and challenge them to find faster, more effective ways to grow the market.
•Contribute to a collaborative team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued.

Salary: SGD 8,400 - 10,000 monthly
