Key Responsibilities

  • •Start your day at the delivery hub and head out on scheduled routes with a 2-person delivery crew.
  • •Represent the John Lewis brand with great customer service as your top priority.
  • •Coach, develop, and assess delivery driver colleagues, ensuring they can deliver and represent the brand.
  • •Load deliveries onto your lorry in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • •Install products efficiently and quickly, handling unexpected situations and demonstrating how items work after installation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,500 - 44,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience of installation is required (installer accreditation support will be provided).
  • •Manual C1 UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points).
  • •DCPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) or Drivers Qualification Card by day one, plus a Tachograph Card.
  • •Previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
  • •Previous customer-facing experience and great verbal communication skills over the phone and in person.
