Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage pre-contract cost management for assigned projects, including cost planning, estimating, budgeting, and tender documentation.
  • •Perform risk assessments, develop contingency budgets, and analyze costs to identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
  • •Prepare regular, transparent cost reports, highlighting budget deviations and recommending corrective actions; validate cost data for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Advise on cost-effective solutions and use CostX to improve accuracy and efficiency in cost analysis.
  • •Ensure cost management activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and client specifications; support cost benchmark development for the UAE market.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in cost management focused on pre-contract activities.
  • •UAE market experience is required.
  • •Proficiency in cost planning, estimating, and tender documentation preparation using NRM, POMI, and CESMM.
  • •Proficiency with CostX measurement software; strong analytical and communication skills in English.
