Job Summary

Support short-term AI automation projects for Trust & Safety operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Algorithms, and Operations. Help plan and execute automation initiatives, design and refine LLM prompts and AI agent workflows, and analyze performance metrics (e.g., precision/recall, leakage, overkill). Build dashboards and reports, assist with A/B testing, document experiments and best practices, and research emerging generative AI and AI agent trends.

•Support planning and execution of AI automation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of Trust & Safety operations.

•Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor AI adoption, operational efficiency, and automation performance.
