Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and perform work per the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety/service work, notify the service advisor if additional work isn’t needed or can’t be completed on time.
  • •Document work performed and road-test vehicles when required (or refer to the test technician).
  • •Supervise assigned apprentice technicians and attend factory-sponsored training; keep the shop area neat and follow all safety policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced diagnostic/heavy line technician with brand experience (heavy line and diagnostic experience preferred).
  • •ASE or manufacturing training and a High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • •Demonstrated ability to pass pre-employment testing (background check, MVR, drug test) and safely perform assigned duties.
  • •High CSI is required.
