Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer RSUs and performance stock awards (PSUs) across equity compensation programs.
  • •Manage the full equity grant lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing in the equity administration system.
  • •Monitor and reconcile equity transactions across stock plan systems and broker platforms.
  • •Ensure compliance with plan documents, SEC regulations, tax requirements, and global equity rules.
  • •Support employee inquiries, deliver communication materials, and partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance for accurate equity data and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Human Resources.
  • •Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in stock administration or equity compensation.
  • •Experience with stock administration platforms, preferably Fidelity.
  • •Strong knowledge of equity compensation practices, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
