Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems for regulatory needs.
  • •Deliver cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers to create experiences that support financial empowerment.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams by setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner with architects on service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Proactively improve system performance by refactoring to reduce technical debt and evaluating emerging tools and practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Java, Python (noted as 7+ years in preferred qualifications).
  • •Experience creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs and contributing to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing (noted in preferred qualifications).
