Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain partnerships with OTAs, metasearch companies and aggregators to improve yield and incremental sales.
  • •Evolve and support Jetstar’s indirect online sales strategy, including contracting guidance and execution of online sales plans.
  • •Drive incremental fare and ancillary revenue through partner negotiations and improved conversion, upselling and customer communication.
  • •Work with Cyber, Digital and Legal teams to ensure partners comply with agreements and manage breaches, governance and risk.
  • •Act as market manager for two to three Asia markets, delivering annual revenue targets and building local GSA and non-GSA channel plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified, preferably in business, commerce, economics, engineering, aviation, travel, tourism or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years’ work experience across commercial, sales, distribution, travel, aviation, or digitally enabled partner management roles.
  • •Experience delivering revenue outcomes across multiple international markets, preferably within Asia Pacific.
  • •Experience managing OTAs, metasearch companies, aggregators, GSAs, trade partners, or other indirect sales channels.
  • •Proven track record in commercial negotiation, partner contracting, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
