Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze optimization opportunities within PWF, Assembly (HBM, advanced packaging), and Test operations.
  • •Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve production metrics and operational effectiveness.
  • •Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process automation and streamlining operational workflows.
  • •Develop and deploy globally aligned operations management tools for real-time scheduling and dispatching.
  • •Support factory automation initiatives by implementing system solutions and participating in the development and training of modernization systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Proficiency with SQL and tools such as Snowflake, Tibco, C#, and Python; experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and UiPath is expected.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tools including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and JMP.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus, and demonstrated leadership/impact is desirable.
