The Financial Analyst supports the On-Demand Talent finance team with global reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. Responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, Salesforce reporting, and preparing presentations for finance and senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making across the On-Demand Talent business.

Key Responsibilities

•Support financial reporting for the On-Demand Talent business globally, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial results.
•Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
•Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for the On-Demand Talent business, including preparation, review, and presentation of outputs.
•Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports to support pipeline, bookings, revenue, conversion, and other business performance analyses.
•Prepare and maintain standard management reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for finance and business stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including PivotTables, lookup formulas, data manipulation, and financial modeling fundamentals.
•General understanding of finance, accounting, and FP&A concepts, including P&L analysis, revenue, expenses, gross margin, budgeting, and forecasting.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet strict deadlines.
