Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement processes for independent analysis and plans to mitigate risk related to GEA risk management practices.
  • •Ensure effective governance by identifying, framing, and presenting risk topics for senior management discussion in enterprise risk forums.
  • •Advise and consult on the development and management of new policies, standards, and procedures.
  • •Stay current on emerging risk and potential implications for accountable domain(s).
  • •Lead a team providing risk consulting to multiple Business Areas and serve as a thought leader for implementing risk management practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 221,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management.
  • •At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients.
  • •At least 5 years of experience consulting with senior executives and strategy building.
  • •At least 2 years of experience developing presentations for senior level audiences.
