Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Test Center Managers and Administrators and ensure day-to-day running of test centers.
  • •Manage staff performance including performance management, coaching, and training.
  • •Screen, interview, and hire new Test Center Managers and Administrators.
  • •Train staff to use Prometric learning and development tools and be competent in proctoring standards.
  • •Prepare and support staff schedules and check in with proctor candidates during visits to support a positive testing experience.

  • •High school diploma required; college degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • •2–3 years of management or supervisory experience and 2–3 years of customer service experience.
