Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop NICE Proactive AI product features and related chat bot solutions for client implementations
  • •Collaborate with the project team to enhance and improve JavaScript-based software; code and test projects
  • •Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects during QA; support production environment
  • •Assist other developers in a team environment and participate in meetings and trainings
  • •Demonstrate excellent customer-facing presentation skills and contribute to solution pitches and demos

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building and delivering NLP systems including LLM-based or Generative AI solutions
  • •3+ years of software development with design, custom development (JavaScript, Python, Java), and testing of real-time systems
