Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships, driving new revenue, and renewing existing accounts.
  • •Lead bid teams and proposal generation efforts in coordination with business generation and senior management.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support professional growth.
  • •Manage financial performance using spreadsheets and accounting tools, including margin tracking, forecasts, invoicing accuracy, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • •Lead project/program delivery for infrastructure projects, including planning/execution and oversight of project managers from other companies, plus liaising with municipal authorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a project management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience managing client accounts and building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional partners.
  • •Experience managing teams of individual project managers and supporting staff, including leadership and mentorship.
  • •Strong knowledge of the construction market and the full construction project life cycle; relevant consulting experience preferred.
