Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage audit engagements independently with minimal supervision, including simultaneous execution of one or two engagements.
  • •Propose and define audit scope; act as Auditor-in-Charge (AIC) for complex engagements and develop testing strategies and risk/control matrices.
  • •Oversee fieldwork to keep engagements on track, perform high-complexity testing, and lead stakeholder discussions on observations and findings.
  • •Draft audit issues and recommendations and prepare audit reports with executive summaries and key stakeholder communications.
  • •Identify opportunities for advanced data analytics in audit testing and mentor/coach junior audit staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience.
  • •Strong understanding of audit, risk, and accounting principles.
  • •Proven experience leading audit engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • •Hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, or ACCA.
