Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assigned repair jobs according to established work standards and required time while following company policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain discipline in the service establishment to ensure a safe, clean environment in line with company rules and regulations.
  • •Coordinate with the Workshop controller and manager to plan and coordinate repair schedules effectively.
  • •Update and monitor Job Scheduling & Progress Control at regular intervals to ensure on-time delivery and QMS SOP compliance.
  • •Maintain electronic and/or paper records of completed service work per QMS SOP guidelines and support workshop improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in a reputed workshop in a similar role.
  • •Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
  • •Fluency in spoken Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, supervisory, and negotiation/follow-up skills.
