Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage wafer sort and final test activities at OSAT/subcontractor sites.
  • •Own product test coverage, test flow, and test limits from development through mass production.
  • •Coordinate with design/R&D, product engineering, manufacturing, and OSAT teams to support product release milestones.
  • •Support NPI activities including test development, correlation, validation, and production ramp-up.
  • •Monitor test yield and quality metrics (e.g., DPPM), drive yield improvement/cost reduction, and lead failure analysis for test escapes, yield loss, and customer returns; support ECOs and test revisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in semiconductor test/product engineering or manufacturing test.
  • •Strong knowledge of test hardware design (probe cards, load boards, sockets, DUT boards).
  • •Solid understanding of wafer sort and final test processes.
  • •Experience working with OSATs and high-volume manufacturing environments.
