Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and major/minor repairs on valves, engines, motors, mixers, piping, and related facility systems at pipeline and terminal sites.
  • •Service and lubricate mechanical equipment (including pumps, motors, tank mixers, and valves) and maintain maintenance records and tools.
  • •Conduct pump preventative maintenance tasks (positive displacement, centrifugal, and small engine drive pumps) using vendor manual guidelines and alignments.
  • •Maintain tank mixers and perform valve maintenance, including required inspections and periodic manufacturer-based maintenance.
  • •Follow safe work practices, perform lockouts, and assist with equipment inspections and CMMS (Maximo) recordkeeping; respond to field callouts/emergency response as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Entering or having completed the 1st year of a related trades apprenticeship program.
  • •Ability to speak, read, and write English and perform basic math.
  • •Ability to read and interpret facility drawings, technical schematics, and operational/service manuals.
  • •Working knowledge of precision measurement instruments and ability to troubleshoot and make mechanical repairs.
