Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex bid/RFP processes, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline, and ensure functions stay on schedule with issues resolved or escalated.
  • •Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion, including regular status meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Ground-up construction experience is required.
  • •Knowledge of all construction phases (including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical) and expertise evaluating relevant building codes.
  • •Ability to develop new methods and solve unique problems with broad business impact.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
