Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and cost plan, including presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Tendering and procurement, including managing prequalification, tender analysis, and compiling contractual documents.
  • •Deal with post-contract cost variances and change control processes; refer major changes to line manager.
  • •Lead a cost management team to deliver cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • •5+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
  • •Sound experience in cost planning and contract administration.
  • •Has managed clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles.
  • •Intermediate to high level MS Excel experience.
