Job Summary

Drive local deliveries and ensure timely, safe movement of materials to customers in Fairbanks. You’ll handle loading and unloading support, pick up customer returns, and complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections while following DOT and company safety procedures. You’ll also assist the warehouse with order prep and receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material, with potential overtime as needed.

•Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery of the correct ticket with material.
•Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
•Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report issues to a supervisor.
•Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures, including correct PPE use and wearing a safety harness.
•Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, and with receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach, and ability to operate basic technology (including iPads).
