Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic design, development, and expansion of Financial Health and Community Programs into new markets and scale existing services.
  • •Oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • •Prioritize and optimize allocation of technology and marketing resources to maximize program awareness, engagement, and impact.
  • •Cultivate cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders such as Retail Marketing, Design, Learning, Risk, and Technology to ensure seamless implementation.
  • •Lead and develop a moderate-sized team, providing strategic direction and fostering an inclusive environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of People Leadership experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience supporting and partnering with internal business clients.
  • •Familiarity with test-and-learn and structured, analytical problem-solving approaches.
