Job Summary

Own customer relationships for Trane’s Commercial HVAC Controls/Building Automation offerings. Provide consultation and develop HVAC controls solutions aligned to financial and performance goals, identify customer needs and market opportunities, and convert leads into opportunities through the right sales process. Build and execute account business plans with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners, while supporting customers with technical questions on Trane systems and applications.

•Provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC controls-related solutions for customer problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
•Assess customer needs and current market opportunities; assemble and coordinate acquisition teams as needed for customers and projects.
•Convert leads into opportunities by selecting the appropriate sales process, identifying required sales team members, communicating next steps, and making assignments.
•Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to support a strong, profitable partnership.
•Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products, including controls, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.

•Valid driver license (DL NUMBER) and in-state with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions.
•Ability to provide technical consultation to support HVAC controls solutions and problem resolution.
