Job Summary

Own the merchandising strategy for Raya Retail Online by negotiating best agreements with vendors and suppliers for price, availability, profitability, and product mix. Develop and execute an annual merchandising plan, set targets for the highest gross profit, and ensure strong supply chain, sourcing, product allocation, and vendor management. Lead inventory and weekly sales forecasting, monitor stock turnover, and coordinate merchandising and marketing calendars to support the company revenue plan.

Key Responsibilities

•Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure best agreements for Raya Retail Online products across price, availability, and profitability.
•Develop and implement merchandising annual plans, product mix strategies, and alternative merchandising strategies aligned with revenue goals.
•Coordinate visual merchandising with suppliers to ensure products are well presented and appropriately compensated.
•Lead merchandising team efforts to strengthen market and vendor relationships and improve knowledge of market trends and competitive sets.
•Manage inventory and weekly sales reporting, forecast weekly product demand, and oversee efficient monthly stock turnover.

Key Requirements
